CONTEST RULES: 1) CONTEST ENTRIES
	All contest entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Management, employees and families of Haunted Illinois and Dream Reapers Haunted House are not eligible to win this prize. Entrants must send entries using a valid email address and any other specific entry information requested in the online contest entry form. Haunted Illinois is not responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries as potential contest winners (all required fields must be filled in with valid information). Only one entry per email address will be considered for contest entry. No person may enter the contest more than once using multiple email addresses. All such entries will be discarded. All entries must be received by October 31, 2006.
2) WINNER NOTIFICATION / CLAIMING THE PRIZE
	One winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. Winner of the contest will be contacted at the “sender” email address used to enter the contest, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner unless they specify another person within the reply email as the winner. Claiming of prizes requires an email response to Haunted Illinois from the winning sender email address within 14 days of being notified of winning. Failure to respond within that timeframe shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. Neither Haunted Illinois nor Dream Reapers Haunted House is required to award prizes forfeited by the chosen winner. Winners will be responsible for paying packing/shipping costs, if they can not claim their prize in person at Dream Reapers Haunted House - 1945 Cornel Avenue - Melrose Park, Illinois 60160. Winner agrees to allow use of their name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation.
