This Haunted Attraction has gained national acclaim, being featured on the television shows "Wild Chicago", "HGTV Extreme Homes" and Comedy Central’s “Travel Sick”, as well as being featured in books and many national publications, such as National Geographic World Magazine. Dream Reapers Haunted House open for Transworld!

Don't miss out on this great opportunity to see one of the best haunted attractions out there.  Dream Reapers, which was voted #1 Illinois Haunted House in 2006 by the staff of HauntedIllinois.com, is conveniently located in Melrose Park, which is just minutes from the convention center.  Be sure to check it out!  

Dream Reapers will be open February 23rd and 24th from 7pm-10pm.  Admission is $15 per person.   Bus service will be available from the Convention Center to Dream Reapers and back, starting at 6:30pm.  

There will also be a behind-the-scenes tour on Friday night (2/23), so be sure to check it out!

This year's event is guaranteed to take a BITE out of your Saturday night… the theme is a “Vampire Ball” and it will feature a live “Cutting-Edge” show from the “Knights of Iron – Netherworld Apocalypse” intertwined with fun DJ dance music, a costume contest featuring several categories, photo-op, finger foods, drinks and more!

TransWorld’s Fantasy Fashion Show, held as part of the show’s opening night cocktail party, is attended by approximately 5,000 people. It is the opportunity to see all the latest costumes from vendors in the industry. Come party and network with the crowd that’s all about celebrating. Dee Snider will kick off the festivities and Ed Alonzo will take over as emcee of the Fashion Show!  The fashion show will be held in the second floor north ballroom of the convention center on Friday February 23rd at 5:30pm.

Synopsis: Successful businessman Richard Clarke is bitten by a beautiful vampire and is plunged into the dark world of the supernatural.
