2008 Midwest Haunters Convention: "Club Vampire" Club Vampire is a traveling night club with vampire décor. In order to establish the proper atmosphere for the event, they used high-tech lighting, video projections, velvet curtains, statues, coffins and other related props. This event was hosted at BoMA (Bar of Modern Art), which is a gothic Baptist church that was built in the 1800s, with stone arches and huge stained-glass windows. Recently it was restored and tastefully transformed into an art gallery and night club. On its three different levels, there were a total of seven bars and two dance floors. Throughout the evening, horror vignettes were performed by the famous “Scab 5” (Rex Hamilton, Jeff Glatzer, Geoff Beck, Roger Miller & Tawny Miller), along with musical selections of the Midnight Syndicate being played live on stage by Dr. Robert “Fingers” Frankenberg. It was definitely a night to remember. (Click on any of the thumbnails below for a larger image) Club Vampire Pictures
