| Overall Score:|
|Scare Factor: High | Atmosphere: Very Good|
Visibility/Location: They are a little off the beaten path. They did have signs directing to the location on the larger nearby streets and a large sign at their location.
Wait Entertainment: The wait area was a Halloween decorated lounge area. Refreshments were available for purchase. They did have a video playing which showed several of the projects the Jaycees did over the year.
Length of Event: 20 - 25 minutes
Actor Performance: Actors were very good. Several really got into their charactors.
Patron Flow Inside Attraction: Flow was good. Guides went with each group but walked in back. They let you find your way and only let you know when you made a wrong turn.
Appropriate Ages: 12 and up.
Props / Special FX: Very low tech haunted trail. Mostly lighting and sound effects. They did have one area where they had fog flowing across the trail.
Costumes / Make-up: Being outside it was hard to really see costumes and make-up. One character that stands out was the coal miner.
Summary: This is a great haunted event to take a family with older kids. It has a very good scary atmosphere. The main reason for older kids is because you will be walking very steep trails.
