Visibility/Location: Excellent signage. They had a blacklight sign at the road and a huge blacklight sign at the entrance.

Wait Entertainment: They had one of those Haunted Video tapes playing on a disguised TV. Staff were friendly and polite.

Length of Event: 15 - 20 minutes

Actor Performance: The actors were good. A lot of it was jumping out of hiding places and screaming.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: Flow was good. You could tell which direction you were to move in. The mazes were wonderful. You could get lost, but they had monsters to keep you moving.

Appropriate Ages: 10 and up.

Props / Special FX: Basically it was a low tech house. The vortex tunnel is one of the best that I have experienced.

Costumes / Make-up: Costumes were fair. Mostly consisted of masks and clothes. They did have a few elaborate costumes.

Summary: Overall this is a great house to take the family. Some of the rooms are very detailed and others are very simple. But, all rooms are constructed so that you keep looking around to try and spot the next scare.

Visibility/Location: They are a little off the beaten path. They did have signs directing to the location on the larger nearby streets and a large sign at their location.

Wait Entertainment: The wait area was a Halloween decorated lounge area. Refreshments were available for purchase. They did have a video playing which showed several of the projects the Jaycees did over the year.

Length of Event: 20 - 25 minutes

Actor Performance: Actors were very good. Several really got into their charactors.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: Flow was good. Guides went with each group but walked in back. They let you find your way and only let you know when you made a wrong turn.

Appropriate Ages: 12 and up.

Props / Special FX: Very low tech haunted trail. Mostly lighting and sound effects. They did have one area where they had fog flowing across the trail.

Costumes / Make-up: Being outside it was hard to really see costumes and make-up. One character that stands out was the coal miner.

Summary: This is a great haunted event to take a family with older kids. It has a very good scary atmosphere. The main reason for older kids is because you will be walking very steep trails.
