Visibility/Location: Somewhat hidden...but I feel that adds to the effect. Signs into the place were well lit and directions on flyer were great.

Wait Entertainment: The Nightmare Pavilion had multiple crowd roamers. There was an excellent scarecrow on stilts which was a great effect. Also, I loved being able to watch others being chased by the chainsaws.

Length of Event: About 20 minutes

Actor Performance: Excellent. Everyone was very into their character.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: I never ran into any other groups. And monsters were ready when I came in.

Appropriate Ages: 10 and up.

Props / Special FX: Had great props. Some things I had never seen before.

Costumes / Make-up: All costumes and make-up were great. They fit each room and all improved each scare.

Summary: Excellent haunted house. I would highly recommend it to everyone. I do plan on going back on halloween. I only waited in line for about 15 minutes where I was kept entertained. The staff was very friendly. Once inside I was immediately into the haunted house. Even the entrance room had great effects and the lady giving directions was great. I really appreciated the attention to detail and that there were lots of new rooms and fresh ideas. The clowns of course were the scariest and the chainsaws were great. It is worth the drive to Mahomet and well worth the $5 to get in.

Visibility/Location: This haunted house is a gem! However, they need a bit more direction and lighting on the signs to get you in and back to this creepy setting back in the woods of this sportsman club. On the other hand, take the wrong turn and go to the left. You'll find yourself driving around the eerily quiet and abandoned junk yard area and deer infested lakeside property which will get the creepies going in you as you look for signs of civilization.

Wait Entertainment: The wait was just right. 15-20 minutes was just enough time to be tourtured by the 10 ft tree ghoul and the extra crazy chainsaw guy while you wait in line to get in.

Length of Event: It was pretty good. 7-10 minutes...

Actor Performance: This event is run by kids. There are adults taking tickets and supervising, but the ghosts and ghouls are kids/grandkids of the club members. They do a fine job in timing and acting. We especially liked the "Ring" girl who was just the right size and had the perfectly timed ear-piercing scream.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: Loved it. No ropes, no guide. You just hang on to the person in front of you for dear life!

Appropriate Ages: 12 and up

Props / Special FX: Rooms had just the right about of lighting. Focus was drawn to inanimate objects when you first walk in the room leaving you prey for the hiding monsters. Good use of noise.

Costumes / Make-up: Very good.

Summary: This HH has the potential for some serious following, though, I'd hate for it to get so big that you had a 2 hour wait to get in. The kids do a much better job of scaring than adults that I've seen in other HHs. Also, having this event at the club allows for a separate building with clean indoor toilets and the ladies of the club prepare food and goodies for hungry patrons. This is an awesome outing.

Visibility/Location: Sign outfront needs to be lite up more.

Wait Entertainment: Very Good, the chainsaw guy outfront is awsome, scared the crap out of me then they had a guy about 9 ft tall walking around, he was awsome.

Length of Event: 15 minutes

Actor Performance: Excellent,

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: Very good you dont have a guide or a rope so you are on your own.

Appropriate Ages: 8&UP

Props / Special FX: GOOD

Costumes / Make-up: VERY GOOD

Summary: It is well worth the drive and the $5 to go to plus they have good food and snacks. Also the whole place is spookey because of the location its not to far from the lake so it adds to the affect of scare.
