|Scare Factor: Medium | Atmosphere: Good|
Visibility/Location: Signs posted for event, not hard to find. Lots of parking close to event.
Wait Entertainment: There was rock music but no actors. The music did not fit the mood of a haunted hike. Waiting was outside and there were a few decorations. There were more decorations in a room to buy food and drink.
Length of Event: The hike lasted approximately 20-30 minutes.
Actor Performance: Most of the actors were convincing though some were not in character all the time. The characters fit well with the scenes they were in mostly. The timing of the scares was on target. The actors were appropriate ages for their scenes. The insanity scene was particularly creepy with the chosen actors.
Patron Flow Inside Attraction: The flow was great, we did not have to wait for groups ahead of us and groups did not catch up to us either.
Appropriate Ages: 10 and up should be able to handle it without issue.
Props / Special FX: The use of fog machines on the bridge was excellent.
Costumes / Make-up: The actors wore detailed costumes for the most part. They wore both masks and makeup. The costumes were appropriate for the specific scenes. Overall it was really good.
Summary: The event overall was very enjoyable. The scenes were really good, especially the zombie scene and insane asylum scene. While this was all good, I felt the admission prices did not equal the entertainment value.
