Visibility/Location: downtown Auburn. Don't need to now much more when town is this small.

Wait Entertainment: Band of children rockers! A few monsters roaming.

Length of Event: 10 minutes

Actor Performance: Good actors. Hoof man is gross!

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: Did not run into another group.

Appropriate Ages: 10+

Props / Special FX: The usual fair..forrest, dungeon..car was a nice touch.. I did like the head on the table at the end!!

Costumes / Make-up: Combo masks and make up..all appropriate.

Summary: Enjoyed the house once able to get in..chaos in front of the building. I did not know which line to get in. When I finally figured it out, got up to the window, asked for my Speed Pass they denied me. We did not drive as far as we did to get stuck in Auburn and miss the rest of our haunted evening. Unfortunately that is what happened. This is the 3rd year visiting this house, the 1st year their was some problem with them figuring out how to do a speed pass. 2nd year went great..3rd year..welcome back to chaos and mayhem..and not of the haunted kind. This place needs to get the functionality of the Haouse together!! As we left the house, there was a man screaming at the ticket girl over the same situation..get it str8nd out.......

Visibility/Location: Main road through Auburn has 2 haunted house signs pointing the direction to the location.

Wait Entertainment: A few actors roaming back and forth between the two houses. Actors jumped in and out of character, could not tell most of the time if they were working the crowd or chatting. Young band was performing, they might have been good but could not hear the lead singer.

Length of Event: 10 minutes

Actor Performance: Actor performance was good. It did seem to be filled with young actors and most of the adults actors were outside. Actors did stay in character and seemed to startle the group.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: Great did not run into any other groups.

Appropriate Ages: 12 on up.

Props / Special FX: Good use of props and FX.

Costumes / Make-up: About half masks and half actors in make-up. First guy with hooves for hands- kuudos in my book!

Summary: The Haunted Theater, once inside was great. The actors had their scares down and were ready for all. But I would have to say in all Auburn Haunted Theater was a little upsetting this year. They still do not have the process down for speed passes. The bus tour, you should have given some kind of warning on your website. The band outside: move them, you could not hear the call for group numbers, I had to ask if ours had been called 3 times. Another recommendation would be change the way the line forms, safety concerns in this area.

Visibility/Location: Located in downtown Auburn, small town and not hard to find. Some street signs also helping to get you here.

Wait Entertainment: In line entertainment wasn't too bad, a couple of creatures walking around - however we later saw these same guys in the attraction, would like to see more characters here.

Length of Event: I would say about 15 minutes in the actual event and our wait in to enter maybe 20 minutes, 10 minutes outside and 10 minutes at the seated theater of the funeral..

Actor Performance: All the characters stayed on track and continued throughout the event.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: The flow throughout the event moved along great and we had no other group troubles.

Appropriate Ages: I would say 9 years old could handle this attraction ok. There are some light in your face scares but nothing to bad.

Props / Special FX: There are some good props here, but standard stuff, nothing too automation here. The FX effects were interesting with the girls head on a table nice, but the gunshot girl in chair just didn't seem all the scary. I think last years smashed head effect worked a little better, maybe next year.

Costumes / Make-up: The costumes were fair to good, nothing too detailed. The old woman working the theatre funeral was good and costume excellent, like this new introduction. The masks and make-up wasn't too bad, they used good quality masks here.

Summary: Every year we attend both Auburn events and look forward to them. This haunted theatre always does a great job and this year no exception, a great job. The new funeral intro was much better than the old movie playing year after year, much better! The walk throughout the basement event is always great, just the feeling of walking down those stairs sets up a good mood every year. The basement was great and we enjoys some of the new stuff that was added. Everyone was ready, however some of the auto timers were off a little. A good time overall and the price wasn't bad.
