Visibility/Location: terrible. There was an unlit sign pointing off the main road and signs in the park leading to the attraction, which was great. However, the attraction was not lit at all, and no signs pointing to the entrance at all, we even walked up to the exit.

Wait Entertainment: terrible. There are rules posted that says NO SMOKING, NO ALCOHOL, etc. WE approached the entrance to the haunted house to see several actors smoking in plain sight. If you have rules then all should follow them.

Length of Event: 10-15 minutes

Actor Performance: poor, with exceptions. The first two or three scenes were amazing. The actors into the scene and not breaking character. The doll faced person, who doesnt make any sound at all was very creepy. The clowns at the end of the haunted house seemed bored, and surprised we were there.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: good. the dark maze portion had people who would surprise you with flashlights every so often, made getting turned around in the maze harder. I thought it was a nice touch.

Appropriate Ages: 12 and up

Props / Special FX: the paintings were amazing towards the end. very creepy. The first few scenes were done very well.

Costumes / Make-up: average. nothing spectacular.

Summary: this haunted house wowed me with the first few scenes. The actors were good, the scenery good, and I was excited to see the rest, however, after the dark maze, and the paintings, there was nothing. The added touch of the "guides" in the maze was very interesting, and the artwork was cool. and not en

Visibility/Location: Very easy to find -right off of East State Street - they have a flashing sign on the corner of Appleton road -then follow the signs into the park.

Wait Entertainment: I didn't see anything. They changed the entrance from the front to the side. Heard alot of screaming even right after the groups entered the attraction - like BAM - get get you right off the bat!

Length of Event: About 15 minutes. It seemed way longer than last year even though we were running through some of it.

Actor Performance: All the actors were very aggressive and in your face -very well done.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: I honestly don't know - people were running through the haunt from the entrance line to the end. They did add a black maze so that really took us a while.

Appropriate Ages: I think 15 and older this year.

Props / Special FX: The scenes and detail were out of this world - you could tell they put alot of time and effort into this haunt. I love the large carnival area and the scenes inside were soooooo intense - I'm sure i missed alot of things to look at because everyone in our group was screaming at the top of their lungs and literally running through the haunt.

Costumes / Make-up: From what I saw the actors and costumes were very realistic - definitely fit each scene they were in.

Summary: I have attened the trail of screams in the past and sorry to see it wasn't open this year BUT the Fear Asylum was KICKASS!!!! It's good to know that for $10 you can get the crap scared out of you. YOU GUYS ROCK:)
