Visibility/Location: The location is easy to find right on Western Avenue in Joliet. You will hear the Haunt as you proceed down the road and it is visibily marked by ligts, fog and the screams you hear from visitors.

Wait Entertainment: While waiting in line for Agony Haunted House (which moved along quite well) you are entertained by an electric chair you can try out and horror movie clips playing on the outside tv screens.

Length of Event: Once inside the entrance it takes about around 10 minutes to get through depending on the speed of which you proceed through the haunt. It could take a little longer.

Actor Performance: Throughout the Haunt are many actors skilled in their job of scaring the visitors. You never know where one will pop out of or which are just props and which are real actors.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: While everyone is allowed in at a steady flow you do see other groups while inside. However I didn't find this to take away from being scared upon the entrance into each room.

Appropriate Ages: Depending on your children's scare tolerance I would say jr.high age and up.

Props / Special FX: There are many props and animatronics throughout eat room. Don't be surprised if you are misted by water or hit with a blast of air.

Costumes / Make-up: The costumes and make-up were good. Ranging from dead-looking people to surprise shrubbery.

Summary: This is a haunt you must definitely check out. With free admission and the exceptance of donations you can't go wrong. The best time to go was after it got dark as it made it even scarier. I had a great time walking through the 20ft. vortex tunnel which was unexpected at a home haunt. I don't want to give away too many details of the rooms inside the haunt, which total about 8 as you just have to check it out for yoursel. The brothers who have created this haunt know there Halloween stuff and what truly scares you.
