Visibility/Location: Easy to find off 474 and Route 29. Large lighted sign leading the way to the haunt.

Wait Entertainment: We chose the speed pass so only saw two monsters working the line. There was a large movie screen also. Love the part in the building where all of the sudden the lights went out and a strobe light came on in the dark. Nice effect!!!

Length of Event: About 15 minutes in MC Manor and about 30 to 35 minutes in the woods.

Actor Performance: All actors kept in characters, always keeps the creepy factor high!

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: MC Manor needs some work in this area. There was several times in the house where are group was about 15 people. Most were missing the scares. A house is pretty easy to cotrol the patrons so hopefully they will work on this area. $20.00 to $30.00 is a pretty steep price to miss the scares that you paid for!

Appropriate Ages: 11 on up. Some areas are little bit more intense that others.

Props / Special FX: Nice use of simple built props and pneumatics.

Costumes / Make-up: Costumes and make-up are always great in this house.

Summary: Spook Hollow and MC Manor always does a nice job year after year. My only complaint in patron flow. We went through in a group of 6 which is a nice size but when you end up with a large group of 15 you miss out on the effect. After all the houses we visited this year this is the only house that fell short in this area. One of the best parts during Spook Hollow is walking into a house in the woods and the lights go out and then all of the sudden when the lights come on- something is standing there with you- completely freaked the group out. Zombie area was a great added attraction this year- completely unexpected! As always this group does a great job on their haunt!

Visibility/Location: Location is perfect! You can see from main road. Big lighted sign on route 29. There are people on road to help with parking.

Wait Entertainment: While waiting inside out of weather there is a huge movie screen with clips of horror movies to set the mood. There is also some of the charters walking around the lines to start the spook as soon as you arrive.

Length of Event: I am not sure how long the event was. If I had to guess I would say we were there for 2 hours for all event started even in the waiting lines.

Actor Performance: The actors scared me. Even my husband jumped and screamed a couple times. The more I screamed the more the scared. No one left character. There are so many attractions at this event. Through the woods there are many different actors.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: We didn't catch up with anyone! One group did catch up with us but only because I could not move at one point so scared. My husband had to pull me out. It was not a huge issue at all.

Appropriate Ages: There were some children in line that are young although they didn't appear to be freighted. Not really a fair question because that all depends on how you raise your kids..

Props / Special FX: Buried alike was cool. There was a dog that launched. Old trucks in the woods with blinding lights with increased the element of surprise. There were zombies that jump. Different buildings through out the woods with different scenes with tons of different stuff.

Costumes / Make-up: No one looked real. Contacts, make up, masks, robes, there was to limit to costumes.

Summary: Have been going for many years this by far was the best year. Every year there are so many updates. At the end there is like a walking dead scene it was freaky. We laughed and screamed. From beginning to end felt entertained. There is also a area for warm drinks in case you get cold. Safety is very important. Before every guest goes through they are told the rules for safety. Lines didn't feel long because entertained while waiting. With horror movies or characters. Thanks so much for another great scare.

Visibility/Location: Very easy to find

Wait Entertainment: The Indoor waiting with the large screen showing clips from scary movies was a great idea!

Length of Event: 30-40 mins

Actor Performance: All the actors did a great job and stayed in their roles the whole time, even the little kids, which were some of the scariest!

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: The flow was very smooth, we really didn't have any waiting once we were inside.

Summary: The whole thing was a great and scary experience. I think the most creative part was the very end with zombies and somebody walking you through. I also like how spread out everything was, walking between each attraction was just as scary! I would definately recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good scare. I can't really think of anything negative to say about this, except it can get muddy so don't wear your good shoes! This was my second year of going and I definately plan on coming back next year.
