Visibility/Location: Well the visibility from the interstate was okay; I think it could have helped to have some sort of sign. With possibly an arrow pointing to the house from the main road.

Wait Entertainment: Okay I loved all of the classic characters, but I would have to say that crazy chained up creature was Beast!

Length of Event: For the size of the building and the acting of each room, I'd say it was fairly well. The length of the event, was decent; some rooms could have been longer.

Actor Performance: The characters were good, some needed a little help. They for the most part stayed in character, but a few were rushing to get to their position as the group walked in.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: I personally never saw another group, while inside the house.

Appropriate Ages: Yes, for the most part, it's appropriate for all ages.

Props / Special FX: I love the black maze wall spark pads.

Costumes / Make-up: I again must say I love the chained up creature. Disappointed that there was only one great costume, an all original.

Summary: The last room I feel wasn't scary, for one the chainsaw dude he wasn't scary. The cage should have been better, I just wasn't scared of a girl in a ripped up sweatshirt. Yes, this is a small town, and yes the cost is low ($2.00), still comes down to the element of surprise. Scaring people, with more aggression, louder screams, more motivation to scare. Work on some things including the last room, please fix a few things in this room. It might make some people scared. Personally, I might have been a scared but still. I will be there this coming weekend, so I will write another review once I go this week.
But, overall I enjoyed the Haunted house!

Visibility/Location: Well the signage wasn't terrible but it still needed possibly an arrow pointing to the location of the starting point.

Wait Entertainment: Loved the outside entertainment so many classic characters!

Length of Event: Inside takes roughly 6-8 Minutes Give/Take a few minutes.

Actor Performance: The Actors did an awesome job! The outside people were great entertainers, The "insiders" were good, you could tell they really wanted the Scare!

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: I didn't see the other groups...

Costumes / Make-up: Love the Costumes! That Chained Character was awesome, the Frankenstein was awesome, Loved all the Characters!

Summary: Last week I came to the Haunted house, it needed a bunch of work. This week you guys fixed what needed to be fixed. Love the last room, much better! I came with the intention that I would not be scared, I was wrong. You Really made an effort, I like that; seriously Great job! The characters I want to mention, did a good job at scarring me; the Chained-up character, the guy with the chain-saw (outside), the guy without his shirt, plus many more!

Downs You Should Be Proud!

Visibility/Location: Great location and easy to eat to. Be sure to start at help city park in Downs and ride the hay rack ride to the house.

Wait Entertainment: Wonderful actors hanging out in and near the grave yard near the entrance,

Length of Event: About 8 to 10 minutes?

Actor Performance: Really well done. The fat clown really got me.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: The flow was wonderfully confusing! At one point you need to crawl and that part was especially freaky. A very confusing blacked. Out maze was the best and snakes! I hate snakes!

Appropriate Ages: My 8 year old son did good but it was probably close to his limits. We had two adults, one in front and one behind him and help kept his hood up so he felt more protected and was fine.

Props / Special FX: The beginning 3-D effects were particularly disorienting and a great start. One area felt almost out of the Walking Dead.

Costumes / Make-up: Make-up was second to none! They obviously have spent a lot of money on both make-up and costumes. Nothing cheep looking there!

Summary: Great house overall. Driving into Downs past the cemetery really made a great start. It was a wonderful experience. May even have to go back again just to be sure I took it all in. Good job Downs! The hay rack ride was a great start. This is my second year going to the Downs house and this year is better than the last. I was really surprised by all of the outside characters walking around. The big Frankenstein guy was by far the best of them. Be sure to start at the town park, if you go direct to the house you would need exact change as they take the money at the park and give you a ticket. Price? $2.00 really? I think they have actually sold themselves short on that. They are far better and could demand a much higher price but since there were 4 of us, I appreciated the price.
