Visibility/Location: I have visited this house before so finding it wasn't a problem. In a mostly residential area I get a real haunted HOUSE feeling and not a old unused building feeling which most haunts are these days. I like the location.

Wait Entertainment: A few actors out roaming around working the crowd and keeping the patrons on edge. The old hearse they have is totaly creepy and with the no line way they do there entry there is time to look around, visit with friends, check out the consession stand, and even have your picture taken. Cool idea...

Length of Event: 15 - 20 min. Don't rush thru this house because there is so much detail to check out. Every time I visit this house I am blown away by the level of detail they put into every scene.

Actor Performance: I thought the scares were well placed and well timed. While looking at the details of this house I was caught several time when I wasn't expecting it. I think they did a good job.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: Did not feel rushed, did not run into any other people. Had a little time to take it all in.

Appropriate Ages: 8 and up ....

Props / Special FX: One of the things I like about this haunt is that they don't rely on animatronics. Its all in the details of decorating, lighting, and music. Such a good job on atmosphere. Creeped me out ...

Costumes / Make-up: Good balance of makeup to mask. Both used appropriately

Summary: I always make sure I visit this house every year for all reasons I stated above. I can't say enough about the level of detail they put into every inch of this building. There is nothing left undone or just covered up because they didn't know what else to do. They do know what to do and they did it. Some houses I have been to just throw some things together, call it a haunted house and ask for your money. That's not the the case at Terror on Washington Street. There hard work and dedication comes through at every turn. Some really big haunts I have been to in the St. Louis area did a good job of putting a house together but then just spent there time yelling at everybody and didn't really try to scare us. I have never been disappointed here and don't think I will be anytime soon. A great group of people working there tails off to provide you/me a scary night at my favorite time of year. Do yourself a favor and check this house out. You won't be disappointed. ..... Have a Happy Halloween everyone.

Visibility/Location: Great signs, easy to find.

Wait Entertainment: Has been better in the past. There was a concession stand and the TV was set up but that's it. No actors outside, no fire, no music.

Length of Event: about 10 mins

Actor Performance: Poor. Mostly kids with voices to child like to really scare. Most were not in character when we came through. One stand out was Freddie in the chain link fence. Really scary .

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: At this attraction you get a number and wait for your number to be called. Unfortunately that means you walk through with a big group. We were a couple and got stuck behind a group of 5. Most of the fun is lost when you are in such a big group.

Appropriate Ages: yes

Props / Special FX: Recognizable from years past, just put in a different order. The claustrophobia hall is a neat idea but needs help. Material is rough.

Costumes / Make-up: ok, could use some help.

Summary: Clinton is my hometown and I drive home every year to visit this house. I am usually impressed and excited to tell others. This year disappoints. No outside entertainment like in years past. The no waiting in line theory is good but fails when you get stuck in a huge group. The props are stale and the haunt needs more adults. The first room you enter reads you the haunted house rules but the addition of two people in that room makes no sense. The characters would have been better in some of the blank space through out. Basically I would love to see Clinton do some kind of fundraiser through the year and make some money for the attraction. Use that money to buy new props and create new rooms. This has been stellar in the past and could be again!

Visibility/Location: this was a very hard haunted house to find theyre were no signs around town and gps would not take us theyre for some strange reason.

Wait Entertainment: we were in line theyre was no wait entertainment theyre really was no line.

Length of Event: this event was about 15 minutes or so

Actor Performance: this was a very week area for them alot of young children that were not scary at all several spots were theyre should have been scare and theyre was none.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: even though it was a very slow night theyre we still ran into another group or two in the clown scene and maze as well.

Appropriate Ages: 8yrs old and up

Props / Special FX: they really had none that just said yes it was boring.

Costumes / Make-up: some makeup some mask same characters as last year.

Summary: you know i am really dissaponted with this house this year,to start out had i known that half of theyre staff were going to be gone that night i prob would have waited to visit a different night, last year i visited this house and was very impressed they really went down in theyre quality of a haunted house they really need alot of work for next year i know sometimes you have people that are going to be gone but when you have that many people gone you need to have animatronics or something just a word of advise prepare for those nights when you are going to be understaffed.
