Visibility/Location: The attraction is located in a mall. The entrance was kind of misleading in that the sign is over one entrance, but there is a smaller sign that states to use the main mall entrance. When we first arrived we thought the attraction was closed until we noticed the sign. Being from out of town, we weren't familiar at all with the location, this can be confusing. I witnessed multiple other groups make this same mistake. Make sure you go straight to the mall entrance.
Wait Entertainment: They had multiple actors dressed in costume wandering the line. My favorite was a female dressed as The Jackyll from 13 ghosts. Everyone had good costumes on.
Length of Event: 15 minutes
Actor Performance: Great job! They did great at scaring the people in my group and didn't focus much on the ones, like myself, that just loved the make up and scenery and weren't scared at all. Everyone fit with the scene they were doing.
Patron Flow Inside Attraction: Flow was good, there are some misleading passages that may cause slow down during busier times, but the staff kept everyone moving.
Props / Special FX: excellent props. It was my favorite part! I don't scare easily, so I love good scene setting, and they accomplished that. Moving trains, a zombie apocalypse area that was really cool. Some neat special areas that cause members of your party to "vanish".
Costumes / Make-up: Good make up. Some of the masks were very realistic. They did a mix of make up and masks.
Summary: While waiting you can hear the screams from patrons already in the attraction. Once you enter they divide you into two groups, guys and girls. Guys, this is a good way to scare the girls with you when they catch up! The staff did a great job of interacting with the patrons. They take you through a variety of scenes, some based on horror films, others just on people's fears. My personal favorite was the zombie apocalypse room. Maybe that's because I love zombies, but the set made you feel like you were in a real one. Very cool!
The staff did an excellent job making sure everyone in my group had fun. From the time we walked into the mall until we left they kept us entertained.
