Visibility/Location: Located at the Cordova racetrack, not hard to locate with GPS but same place for years now and we attend this every year.
Not well marked from the roadway so it could be hard to locate ..

Wait Entertainment: Wait by the fire for your group to be called out, a few characters walking around ..

Length of Event: This event took us around 45 minutes from the bus ride to the haunted houses ..

Actor Performance: Everytime we attend this event the workers give 100 percent and this year was no different - nice work and everyone stayed on character ..

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: The flow was very good and we really never encountered any group issues.. We had no stop several times to get the triggering back on line but it never presented a problem ..

Appropriate Ages: I would say 12 years old would be about the right age here, there are lots of in your face scares here..

Props / Special FX: The props and special effects haven't changed that much over the years, but they have hundreds of different props so there is plenty to see here.. They incorporate a nice touch of automation with plenty of workers to keep you off balance and something is always coming at you ..

Costumes / Make-up: Costumes and makeup are above average and in the most part well done.. There are some characters who could use more detail and makeup but overall not bad ..

Summary: We attend this event every year and it continues to do a great job bring out the scare factor, they know exactly what they are doing .. This remote setting in the rear of the racetrack provides plenty of woods and buildings to keep everything exciting and great length .. I would have liked to see more new sets this year, it seemed to much like last year.. The bus ride to h--e--double-hockey-sticks (censored) was great as usual, this is their trademark event and I can't imagine them ever getting rid of this.. (Sad news that opening week it wasn't working)
My only issue here is that they need a VIP pass to speed up visitors who don't want to kill the entire night here, waiting times can easily exceed 3 hours - a majority of the quests enjoy the fire and surroundings but 3 hours is crazy .. They keep bring the goods here and looking forward to more next year..

Visibility/Location: I am from the area so I was able to find it easily enough, but if you aren't from the area it could be more difficult. They have a sign pointing toward the haunt from the road which helps though.

Wait Entertainment: This was actually one of the best parts! They had 3 or 4 actors walking around outside scaring people while they waited. There was also a bonfire to keep everyone warm which was nice.

Length of Event: 45 minutes

Actor Performance: The actors did a great job, and did not break character at all! They got plenty of screams out of my boyfriend and I!

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: The patron flow was great! We didn't run into any groups the entire time, and if we were close to a group, we would get held up in one of the rooms by an actor until the group ahead of us was far enough away. This only happened once though.

Appropriate Ages: 12+

Props / Special FX: They had a really cool elevator simulator which scared me a lot. Every time it bounced up I screamed.

Costumes / Make-up: The costumes were awesome! I didn't get a lot of time to look at the makeup because my boyfriend was so scared he kept pulling me to the next room.

Summary: This haunted house was one of the best I have been to, and I have been to quite a few. I was very pleased with the time being 45 minutes, and for only $10 (normally $15 but the bus wasn't running) it was definitely worth the money! My boyfriend and I had a lots of laughs and screams throughout the whole thing. My favorite part was the guy in the bunny costume that chased us throughout the forest. I also really liked the 3D room, it is a neat idea. There was so much going on in the haunted house, and the details were really good. I recommend everyone go here!
