|Scare Factor: Low | Atmosphere: Poor|
Visibility/Location: Not easy to find, unless you've got a GPS. If you are not good with directions, good luck finding this place.
Wait Entertainment: Zero. All we saw was 1 actor handling the lines of people, and she was Not in character, just talking to customers at the front of the line.
Length of Event: Screamatorium 8 minutes to walk thru.
Trail of Screams never even got to the front of the line, so didnt experience this part of the haunt.
Actor Performance: From the very FEW actors we did see, in Screamatorium, they were all Great. But unfortunately, we didnt see many actors at all.
Patron Flow Inside Attraction: Worst patron flow I have EVER seen in a haunt in my life. And I have been to MULTIPLE haunts. We stood in line for Trail of Screams over 2+ HOURS...all just to find out by the time we got up to the "first row" it would still be yet, ANOTHER HOUR wait. Totalling 3 hours waiting OUTSIDE in the Cold. NO THANKS.
Appropriate Ages: 10+ up.
Props / Special FX: Nothing fancy here, you could tell the Screamatorium was quickly put together, very basic, generic sets. I didn't see much of Any props, let alone ANY special FX.
Costumes / Make-up: The costumes & makeup for Screamatorium were actually pretty impressive. I loved the girls makeup who was laying on the ground in 1 of the hallways, she had her mouth all joker like teeth, VERY cool looking makeup & costume designs.
Summary: First off, being my husband and I drove over 3 hours round trip, to experience this haunt, we were pretty let down when this place did NOT live up to our expectations...The ticket booth ladies marked our wristbands WRONG, so by the time we got up to the front of Screamatorium line, the guy told us we had to go BACK to the ticket booth & talk to the lady, she marked us as Paintball & NOT Screamatorium. So she had to switch out our wristbands, inconveniencing us bigtime. Secondly, we stood in a freezing cold line, with LOUD obnoxious kids literally screaming in our ears the entire time, laughing & carrying on, poking my husband in his back, & then not saying anything when he turned around. People trying to cut in line, which mind you, this line was 4 HUGE ROWS long. Each row we stood in took 1 HOUR. So by the time we got up to 1st row, they said itll be ANOTHER HOUR, so we (in total frustration) decided to take a LOSS on our money, & walk out. We did go back to the ticket booth seeing if the woman could do Anything for our inconvenience. But she said "Sorry, No refunds", which was a HUGE disappointment considering how far we drove out for this place. They had 1 tractor trailer hauling 7 people at a time, to the "trail"...& this tractor trailer would literally WAIT til that group of patrons walked thru, before coming back to pick up the NEXT group of 7. If you are the type to prefer walking thru a haunt with JUST your group, GOOD luck at this Haunted house! No such thing here, not even going thru the Screamatorium part. We got grouped with some loud annoying people, who were grabbing onto us the entire time walking thru. SO overall, this ENTIRE experience was one of the worst I have ever had, going to ANY haunt. I also see they moved locations, as the old location was a much better scarier funner experience. This place was a total waste of Money, let alone a 3 hour road trip.
