|Scare Factor: Low | Atmosphere: Fair|
Visibility/Location: Signs on corner & at location. Attendant direction in to a very bad parking lot. No one directed us to park, making the lot full due to people taking up too much space.
Wait Entertainment: Movie on a big screen to view while in an indoor line. A few actors walked a round a few times. We got their before the big crowd came in. However their was a 1/2 stand still & we were not given a reason even when asked.
Length of Event: 20 - 30 min. Lots of twist & turns. they did a great job of utilized the space they had. You would walk past a scene, then after a few turns you were walking through the scene.
Actor Performance: I felt this was the factor thatgave this attraction a lower scare factor. Actors over played the "statue" act. Had several females wait for me to walk past to scream right in my ear. I find that more annoying than scary. I did notice a lot of kids in the scenes. Timing was off when they would on pop out of walls. I was very impressed by one scene that involved a mad scientist playing with some ones guts.
Patron Flow Inside Attraction: Unfortunately, we caught up to the group before us & the group behind us. I belive this was due to the dark maze. It was entertaining, Actors appearing & pointing us in the wrong direction several times, so we were lost for quite a while.
Appropriate Ages: 7 and up.
Props / Special FX: The props for the different scenes were excellent! They took a lot of time to detail each scene. That may have also caused us to walk a little slower, there was a lot to look out.
Costumes / Make-up: A few actors had some real cool make up. All costumes fit the scenes.
Summary: This event was ok. However, I came out a little annoyed instead of laughing from being scared. I feel they had did great in scene decore & using space. But Actor performance needs some work.
I liked the shock factor of the mad scientist. add a few other scenes that cause patrons to walk away shocked & this event would be great.
