Visibility/Location: The location was very easy to find. They had a well lit up sign at the entrance. With the amount of cars you were able to tell we were there.

Wait Entertainment: Line entertainment was pretty much slacking besides the movie they placed to where only visible when standing in one spot. They also had a really young kid trying to spook people in line.

Length of Event: 10 minutes max

Actor Performance: The energy in the actors was very calm and mellow. And alot seemed scared to raise there voice. Not to mention, the clowns in particular didn't seem to try, while walking behind us saying " where you going, why you leaving" in a very low monotone voice. Actors can also work on there timing.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: The flow of Patrons was good. We never ran into a group.

Appropriate Ages: 12+ maybe younger depending on bravery

Props / Special FX: Most of the whole beginning of the haunt was black walls with nothing. But when the scenes did start, they were decent for the most part. I feel as if a little more time could have been spent in some spots.

Costumes / Make-up: I didn't see much makeup. There were alot of masks, some were pretty cheasy. But for what I did see for makeup. It wasn't terribly. I really like the dolls makeup.

Summary: Overall. I will say I had fun and it was entertaining. Not because I got scared but because I love any haunt experience. But honestly, they should probably charge $10 max for this haunt. The wait kind of dragged, and the haunt was semi dull.
I may not have gotten scared much here, but I won't say I wasn't entertained.

Visibility/Location: Fairgrounds so it is easy to Google or MapQuest and get there.

Wait Entertainment: Not much really...a television and a small actor in black

Length of Event: 15 or 20 minutes

Actor Performance: very good as they stayed in character and chewed up the scenes with gusto.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: fine...it is a maze haunt rather old school so they don't interact in a way the retards the flow.

Appropriate Ages: best be 10 and brave I'd say or younger and used to this type of thing. the halls are wide and not as menacing as some other haunts.

Props / Special FX: Nothing mind blowing but they do have a large vortex that was really moving. It could be a little better lite however to get full effect. The black light drawings were hand done and not commercial, very well done.

Costumes / Make-up: Nothing spectacular as they use a lot of vinyl but this is a 10 dollar haunt not a 35 dollar haunt so you get a nice return here.

Summary: I had a great time here. Keep in mind this is not a factory floor or a dedicated building so they can't do what Evil Intentions does. They do what they do very well and you will get a haunt experience of the old school variety. My only complaint was the lighting. Lights are specialized now and you can do a lot for a little. The props you do have are invisible in the shadows. If you are going to do shadows then you need to keep us guessing at which shadow is a person and which is a prop otherwise create a light for them so we can be impressed. Overall I would say this is the best haunt in the Rockford area. That's a compliment.
