We recently found out that some of our main actors here (for the last 8 years) will be with us this year on a very limited basis , if at all, since they now have new real-world jobs. (Can't blame anyone for going for that!)
The Ravens Grin is a very unusual style of haunted house and we do scare people in our own ways but entertainment is what we stress and customer satisfaction= repeat business.
We often cater to timid groups, in which they are lead through with no scares , as promised.
A normal Ravens Grin house tour has scares but no bloody gore or Hollywood monsters and this has "worked" here just fine for the last 25 years, being open almost every night of those 25 years!
If someone reading this is interested in being here this fall, please think about everything I have just written here so we will have a better chance of being on the "same page" even before you call, then look at a map . We are only ten miles from the Miss. River and an hour S.E. of Dubuque, Iowa.
Illinois requires a criminal backround check, which can sometimes take an ungodly amount of time for reasons known only to those working on the other end of this process.
You can communicate with us via e-mail of Facebook.
Thank You.
