Inside Charlestown Mall
3800 E. Main Street
St. Charles, IL 60174
Inside Charlestown Mall which in itself is easy to find the haunt can be a little difficult considering that I originally thought it was a stand alone located inside the front entrance next to the cinema will be an easy one to locate using GPS
Very creepy and bloody silent little girl dragging her bloodied stuffed bunny. Heavy fog and black lights she walked continually up and down the isles for a very creepy effect.

Since people move through haunted attractions at different
rates, your time will vary. Note:
The time shown here represents the actual time spent moving
forward through the attraction. Time spent waiting in queue
lines, staging areas, intro scenes, rules rooms and when traffic
jams cause patrons to come to a halt, has been subtracted.
LPR stands for Length/Price Ratio. It represents perceived value of an event, by
length vs price of admission. Higher numbers represent more value per dollar. Actual
quality and/or entertainment value of an event are not factors in this calculation.

With only two smaller groups in front of me, cant comment much on this but they did separate all the groups letting me take this journey alone. Never ran into the crowd prior.
Tucked neatly inside a little corner of Charlestown mall lies a little piece of terror, dark mysteries and hideous creatures Intensity Haunted House.
Intensitys first year, wasnt sure exactly what to expect from this smaller local but they won me over with their creative madness and excellent creatures.
Typical dark mazes became much more challenging with heavy fog and dark lighting exits to adjoining passageways neatly hidden with push through doors. Found myself lost and disorientated going through the mazes a few times once even coming out of the haunt itself and into the main entrance floor. Had to quickly sneak back in!
The rooms themselves were simple, but very cleverly done. Loving their intro portrait of a demon that came to life welcoming you to the terror that hid behind their walls.
The actress in the beginning scene was one of my favorites although they all excelled every single one. The acting here was amazing and intense this was joyful and won me over immediately.
They never broke character even for a party of one staring me directly in my face, surrounding me with a neat little game of ring around the rosey or screaming directly at me to get out of their room and run!
Extremely creepy and effective
The bedroom scene was one of my favorites with the little boy staring into a staticy tv on the floor warning me about the monsters in his closet. Was a little disorientated in this room as well and felt badly as I stepped on the boys hand hopefully I was the only one.
The closet was of course filled with monsters just waiting for their victims and I loved the doll room as well evil creepy eyes staring at you from every angle walls and ceiling.
The mazes in scenes in this haunt were quite a bit of fun found myself laughing and jumping at certain points had a few nicely placed scares that took me off guard.
For a smaller local, the Intensity and dedication really shows here the actors were amazing excellent job. For that reason alone I would visit again should I find myself in the area very much enjoyed this fun little scare.
