Visibility/Location: Fieldcrest subdivision, right off 167th Cicero. A little hard to find, look for a sign at 166th Cicero, tells you to turn left, then 3rd left to haunt.

Wait Entertainment: Proprietor spends much time mingling with guests and demonstrates torture devices used in the Mideval times. You just walk around and listen. No wait

Length of Event: Could see everything in about 15 minutes

Actor Performance: Some nights Ghouls pop out of unexpected places. Some nights are "tours"

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: People generally mingling talking to others

Appropriate Ages: Depends on kids. My 5 year old loves it!

Props / Special FX: First rate. No K mart masks here. All are professional.
Some homemade torture devices that are made to scale

Summary: Good place to check out in the far south suburbs, get out and walk around, theres lots of detail that will be missed by just sitting in car. Owners Glenn and Julia Wilson are real nice folks who spend a lot of time showing their creations. I hear they are serving hot dogs again on Halloween afternoon!

Visibility/Location: Its location is in the middle of a block. Sort of like you're driving around lost and you stumble upon it.

Wait Entertainment: I visited the site as it was just opening so I didn't have to wait. I was actually the only person there except for a guy with his 2 boys.

Length of Event: It's a quick "stop-n-go" spot, but everything is so spectacular you'll wanna closely examine the displays and then ask the owner questions!

Actor Performance: There were no actors but the owner is amazing.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: Like I said, I came early so I spent a little Q&A time with the owner. You'll be surprised to know that he's an Average Joe, GO FIGURE!

Appropriate Ages: all ages, depending on your child's "scary scale"

Props / Special FX: FRankenstein and his wife are HUGE! Jason, Micheal Myers, and Freddy look so real you'll think they're gonna move! Dracula in his coffin is really creepy... Oh, wait, I've told enough already!

Costumes / Make-up: No actors, but the owner has plenty of Do-It-Yourself props that are well thoughtout

Summary: I had a really great time. I never knew someone would spend so much time on other people's entertainment! My favorite scene was Elvira lying in the graveyard (her hair is amazing).Granny roasting a foot really creeped me out as well as the pumpkin guy on the b-ball rim... I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did. And don't forget a camera cuz when you tell your friends they won't believe you!!!
