|Scare Factor: Very Low | Atmosphere: Fair|
Visibility/Location: Parking right next to the building.
Wait Entertainment: None. You wait in line and that's about it.
Length of Event: 10 mins tops.
Actor Performance: I am keeping in mind that none of the actors are paid and are strictly volunteer, but performances were weak. It was basically a bunch of teenagers yelling and screaming.
Patron Flow Inside Attraction: The actual haunted house only takes a few minutes to go through and they only send in one group (of usually about 4 people) in at a time.
Appropriate Ages: 6 and older.
Props / Special FX: Great props. It's obvious that a great deal of time and effort were put into it.
Costumes / Make-up: Pretty descent...but with all of the fog it's pretty hard to tell.
Summary: All in all, you get what you pay for and what you can expect for a small town haunted house. This is the first year, so maybe next year will be better. The teenaged actors were more annoying than terrifying. There was absolutely no thrill factor. Nothing surprised or scared me. We brought our 6 year old and there were other children of the same age there and all of them made it through. I think the venue and the choice of actors did this place in. There just isnt enough room to really surprise people and hiring more mature actors would have been very benificial. Great for child, so so great for adults.
