Visibility/Location: Directions on site are ok, though I advise mapquest as a back up plan, once you are in Union you will see many signs for museum making it very easy to find from there.

Wait Entertainment: What wait, very surprised there wasnt a wait. It did rain earlier the evening I went though.

Length of Event: about 50 min but a good 15 was waiting for train (theres 2 trains)

Actor Performance: Ok 1st myself personally-I have been to many haunted houses.. Im the one who is behind you laughing in many cases making fun of your girlfriend or ..boyfriend lol but this was not the case. The actors took there role very serious and didnt flip in and out of character even with taunting they taunt you right back in role and manage to keep control- which adds to the fear factor! at one point.. I actually ran, so yeah they rock!

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: Many of the areas are very narrow & dark- many creatures are waiting for you. which also adds to the fear- even though not many of us were inside at one time we pretty much walked the train doing a conga line simply because of fear!

Appropriate Ages: depends on your kid. I have a 5yr old who would scream and giggle to a real ghost but a 11 yr old that would wet his pants in here- so its totally up to the parent who knows there child best- if your child cant watch a horror movie without having nightmares after- then I adivse dont bring them with.

Props / Special FX: Not much for props- the kitchen was cool though- mostly dark, black lights, fog and strobs- there still very new but I think there off to a great start. Now if they could get the conductors to act a role more like maybe micheal myers- no talking would keep the fear going in between trains...

Costumes / Make-up: All but 2 seemed to be done professionally which really adds to fear factor, some more blodd and flesh scenes would top there cake.

Summary: Over-all I totally recommend going- its worth the trip and for $10 you cant beat it! Ive paid upwards to $40 for same fear level. They are new but serious when it comes to freakin you out- I would be surprised if they dont charge more next year! I will be back next year I expect it to hit a perfect 10 by then!
