Visibility/Location: There needs to be some advance signage, and lighting at the entrance it is difficult to see at night.

Wait Entertainment: There was a very good storyteller at the bonfire as we waited to get onto the wagon and then we stopped and listened to more afterwards. There was no entertainment while waiting for the Haunted House which was the longest wait should consider doing something about that.

Length of Event: The Trail Ride was about 10 minutes long and the Haunted House took about 20 minutes

Actor Performance: Overall very good it was difficult to see some of the performances in the darker areas of the trail, and in the maze but most of those were more for shock value.
The Magician guy was very creepy as was the Gypsy Lady they both had good stories to tell

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: Easy to follow as the actors either directed you or scared you until you get to the maze which is dark long and confusing which also made it tense and scary

Appropriate Ages: When we were there I would not recommend young children, but I understand that they have a children's time

Props / Special FX: Fair not a lot of props or Special effects but what there was , was good

Costumes / Make-up: the make up was really cool

Summary: Really enjoyed it, the cost of the event was a bargain when you consider that you get both a haunted trail ride and a haunted house for about the same or even less than other attractions in the area. It is very clear that a lot of work went into creating it and it was worth the effort put forward. My wife spent most of the trail ride laying on the floor of the wagon she was so scared which gave us all quite a laugh. It was so different from last year that we had no idea what to expect. One can visualize the story of the Circus Train wreck so easily when u get onto the wagons to go down the old railroad right of way the place is just plain spooky. While so of the actors could have used a little more practice the overall effect was to keep you on the edge all the way the scares didn't always come when expected but when they came most of them caused a real shock, and when they didn't come your skin was crawling already. The maze went on a little to long but you were relived when it was over. We enjoyed it the two previous years and did again it has improved in quality each year , while not as high tech as some the scary factor is great

Visibility/Location: No lighting to the entrance of the parking lot. If I hadn't been there before in the daylight it would be really easy to just drive past and never see. Maybe a bright light and large sign at the parking entrance next year.

Wait Entertainment: Non-existent. The concession stand was located far from both the hayride line and the haunted house line and no one wanted to risk getting out of line to go to it. There was no music, movies, or spooks to entertain people in line. My suggestion would be to move the concession stand closer to the haunted house, have some spooks wandering around the lines, and have a bigger or more than one bone fire because everyone was cold and there was one small fire.

Length of Event: It was a decent length but not as long as last year's which was a disappointment. They also seemed to rush you through. The length of the trail compared to last year was cut in half. There was no zombie grave yard through the trees and nothing towards the end of the trail.

Actor Performance: Some of the actors were really good while others seemed like they didn't care and would rather be doing something else. The "son" in the first room was very good. I liked the dialogue from the actor in the second room. The black and white checkered room was really cool! I wish the actor would have done a little more though. Most of the actors on the trail and in the house where very creative. They would just pop out and scream. Most of them didn't have any creepy noises or things to say. They could have used more dialogue to tie into the theme.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: Rushed. It really seemed like they wanted to get you in and out as fast as they could.

Costumes / Make-up: Most of the costumes and makeup were very good and creative and tied into the theme.

Summary: All in all I had a fun time but was a little disappointed when it was over with. More work needs to go into the trail/hayride. Last year had ziplines, and creepy sound effects, chainsaws, more spooks and was much longer. The hayride left much to be desired. The house was good but also not as creative as last year. The maze should be smaller to allow for more room for themed rooms and spaces since the maze a little boring and lacking spooks. Also the hayride didn't have narrators which took away from the atmosphere. There were no stories to build suspense as you came up on each scene. I hope my suggestions help!
