Visibility/Location: When the carnival is lit up you cant miss it.

Wait Entertainment: None really although the door guy was funny.

Length of Event: 15 min or more

Actor Performance: acotrs were great they all did very well. evan the ones acting as a ditraction.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: very good I was surprised how busy it was for the second day.

Appropriate Ages: 13+

Props / Special FX: awesome you can tell these guys put alot of time and effort into the place. lots of deatails and use of space

Costumes / Make-up: very well done nothing typical that you see everywhere

Summary: we waited for five minutes because of the other people in line. the door guy taking tickets was a trip craking jokes and amping up the nervous people. then he sent us in to the first scene. which was a undertaking company. The man inside told us the rules to the haunted house all the while acting creepy and playing on the nervousness of one person on the group. and once inside the first scare came quick then just kept getting better and some spot were just something to look at but were done real well and kept your attention. the hallway that moved was great. was happy not to have to walk threw antoer vortex. The area you have to pick a door was great I actually started getting worried. the last area you walk threw was amazing a graveyard type with actors and effects.
it was well worth the money. can get a coupon off there website. actually planing on going back with a diffrent group of friends.

Visibility/Location: This haunt is located off of a main road (LaGrange Road) and is well lit. We could see the carnuival rides from far away so you can't miss it.

Wait Entertainment: There was no wait entertainment to speak of.

Length of Event: 15-20 minutes, depending on how long you take to look at things.

Actor Performance: Good. All of the actors reamined in character, and although most were younger, they did seem to be trying.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: Good. We were behind one group and in front of another but never saw either of them - we just heard the screams!

Appropriate Ages: 12+

Props / Special FX: There were a number of detailed sets and animatronic props, as well as projected images and moving walls/floors.

Costumes / Make-up: Excellent. All of the actors had well done masks or makeup.

Summary: This was the first year for this haunt, and my friends and I were very leery of the $16 price tag, especially given our experiences with other higher priced haunts. However, the lady at the ticket booth gave us all a $3 off coupon that we didn't know about, so we decided to take the plunge.
The haunt itself is located in a very large shed type building and the space is used very well. Each tiem we thought the haunt was over it continued into another room. The rooms were designed in such a way as to effectively utilize the space while at the same time remaining open as opposed to dark and cramped.
This haunt focused a lot on set pieces, with detailed props and moody lighting, as opposed to having people jump out at you. A number of rooms had no actors in them, but the scenes were well done so their absence wasn't felt. The wide open spacing and relative lack of actors made for a very atmospheric experience, as we didn't kow if and when anyone might come out at us, especially when it looked like a room was totally empty. The spaciousness of the haunt made it creepier in my opinion.
The final scene was set in an outdoor courtyard (still within the building) and combined details sets, animatronics and live actors that made for a really nice closing to the event.
Overall, this is one haunt that is not too out of line with the price and the hype. The $16 price tag is a bit steep, but it definitely gives you more bang for your buck than some other, similarly priced haunts. Get the $3 off coupon on their website, and look for them on Groupon for a half off deal (as the ticket lady told us they would be on there later in the month) and it will really be worth it.
This haunt features a hayride, too (for $12) but it was not running on the night we went due to rainy weather.
A nice effort for a first year haunt that will hopefully get ever better at the years progress.

Visibility/Location: It was pretty easy to spot you can see the ferris wheel from a couple miles away lit up. When you get there there's a sign and plenty of free parking.

Wait Entertainment: They didn't have any wait entertainment but the guy dressed up front taking tickets was pretty funny, as well as one of the workers (wasn't in costume) was getting my family and I scared to go in lol.

Length of Event: It lasted about 15 minutes. We did the Hollywood Hayride as well so that was about another 15 minutes, together 30 minutes.

Actor Performance: All the actors did a good job and never broke character.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: We were all evenly space and didn't bump into anyone until the family in front of us got lost in a little maze and had to follow us out of it lol.

Appropriate Ages: My son is only 9 and he had fun although some kids his age might be scared.

Props / Special FX: I really liked the walls with the skulls that looked like it was going to fall on you and the last graveyard scene very intricate with some live animatronics.

Costumes / Make-up: Some of the actors had some good masks on some with decent makeup. The costumes fit well with the areas they were acting in.

Summary: For this haunted house/hayride's first year I was pretty impressed. I think that the space was well utilized for the haunted house. Maybe in the years to come they could add more details in the corridors instead of your basic black. I really liked the little kid being dragged away on the floor after breaking away from the cage. Another scene in the house that I enjoyed was the scene with all the numbered doors and the graveyard scene. The haunted hayride was fun because it was creepy because it was so dark outside and stopping to go through the corn maze in the dark was scary. I think they should have more actors out there though it would make the hayride more fun. I think that this haunt is worth checking out. I definitely think it's more of a family haunt but fun nonetheless!
