Visibility/Location: It was easy to find at the DuPage County Fairgrounds where the Wheaton Jaycees haunt used to be.

Wait Entertainment: There wasn't any!

Length of Event: 12 mins

Actor Performance: Most didn't seem prepared. In the 3D haunted house, I surprised an actor, who quickly tried to pull down his mask. In the other haunted house, it was mostly actors popping out of dark places.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: There really weren't that many people there, so I don't know how it would be when it is busy. Didn't run into any other groups.

Props / Special FX: The 3D wasn't really that great. I have been to a lot of haunted houses where to 3D artwork pops off the walls. Here, it was just kind of dull. In the other haunted house there was a cool vortex tunnel that spun both ways, which looked neat.

Summary: Wow. It's amazing that they had the guts to charge $30 for this haunted house. It was way too short and really kind-of sub par, compared to a lot of other haunted houses in the area.
The clown maze was interesting and also the butcher shop. The cemetery with the flying winged prop was kind of cool too.
Unfortunately the whole thing was really short and there weren't very many memorable things that stuck out. It seems like whoever put it together hadn't done a haunted house before. This haunted house seems like one of the many ones emerging these days that come out of nowhere and charge a fortune, but really aren't that good. It totally wasn't worth the $30 I paid to get in.

Visibility/Location: I found the event via Google maps!

Wait Entertainment: The creepy vision of the house itself was wait entertainment enough!

Length of Event: About two hours

Actor Performance: Amazing and creepy! Jim Warfield guides the tour and is so entertaining!

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: Groups were timed... also it was early in the season... so customer flow was great!

Summary: This place is such a hoot! I go every year. It is such a unique experience and still keeps changing over time. It's not like a regular haunted house, which is a good thing. It's really haunted, too! The bed slide is amazing and pretty scary! All throughout the house is artwork that the owner has created himself. It's creepy and all very original. My favorite part of the haunted house is the wine cellar, where many supernatural things have happened. Oh, did I forget to mention that this place is not only an October attraction, but it's also really haunted?."
