Visibility/Location: downtown off a major Road just watch your streets...parking on a busy night might be tight

Wait Entertainment: none other than a little visual that is just before you enter the waiting line

Length of Event: 25 minutes plus

Actor Performance: Wow.....they were who they were and they were great. No one broke character and played their parts to the letter

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: Could be tight on bust nights because there is so much eye candy

Appropriate Ages: 10 and up

Props / Special FX: All of them...this is cutting edge for whats out there. Giant stalkers, raising beds, flying demons, collapsing walkways, projected images, talking beasts, electric chair...I can't begin to list...this is what you pay to see.

Costumes / Make-up: not one beat missed...they were what they were supposed to be without exception.

Summary: I have never been to a better haunt than this ever. It is in an old Masonic lodge so be prepared for steps. Watch also for steps that could be marked a little better. They have added a castle scene that is remarkable in its detail. They use misdirection as well as I have seen. You can't tell which props are props and which ones will come to life and get you. This is what a haunted attraction is...top notch actors and special effects. The little shows just can't show you what these guys can. They have raised the bar!

Visibility/Location: you have to want to go here to get here. A more desolate spot never existed than this one. Watch your road markers and look for a small sign that tells you.

Wait Entertainment: A legendary guy that I love to listen to

Length of Event: 20-30 minutes much of it outside

Actor Performance: really good...the strength of the show is that. the New York Butcher is fantastic. The routines are rather long but worth it.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: We were there on a Sunday night so I don't know they handle big crowds..flow was great

Appropriate Ages: 10 I suppose

Props / Special FX: Among the best..the scenes are detailed with the high dollar stuff...there is a Monster that is used better than I have ever seen it. From Frankenstein to the electric chair it is remarkable.

Costumes / Make-up: again they know what they are doing. Everyone is who they should be and top notch makeup follows.

Summary: This is among the best haunts I have ever seen. They may not have been quite as strong this year as they were last year but I am more entertained here than at the highly rated haunts in Chicago. There is much outdoor walking so be prepared for that.Guys coming out of the woods and such. The Doctors scene, the butchers scene, Electrical scene were detailed and as intense as your looking for. Really Really good props enhance every are eye catching and surprising. Its a pain to get to but it is worth your time. Great Great show!

Visibility/Location: Easy to find....Princeton is a small town and the fairgrounds is on a state road(route34)

Wait Entertainment: Several stalkers ...clown, chainsaw...not as good as it was last year...it was raining so maybe the good stuff didn't want to get wet.

Length of Event: 15-20 minutes

Actor Performance: Some were really good, others were not as enthused. A lot of the stuff they have is visual and didn't have actors present.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: great for us but the crowd was not as large as it was when it was dry last year. You could spend more time.

Appropriate Ages: We say a girl that was to young come out terrified so I would say at least 10. You know your kids.

Props / Special FX: Great....They had twin laser tunnels..and twin vortex tunnels. You don't see that in eight dollar shows. The other stuff was not off the shelf stuff like I see all the time...the 3-d is beyond cool. This crashing plane...well I say no more.If you like props you'll like this.

Costumes / Make-up: Some bad others great...there was a chick with a pencil sticking out of here head that was unreal. The stalkers were weak in this. They need to match makeup to scene but there is something in a maze that nearly dropped me to my knees.

Summary: I sat and watched a short play play for free with this guy doing Jekyll and Hyde, I saw a pirate scene that they spent time on like the largest shows in Chicago. I Saw a plane scene that the woman in front of me said was like six flags. I didn't like the hayrack ride(raining and not worth the time). The clowns had professional makeup. I didn't pay the two dollars for Nightmare Hotel because it was for little kids. They have a dark hallway with a simulated lave flow that was really cool. You need to see the props....GREAT. For eight buck....this show is great and worth the trip.
