|Scare Factor: High | Atmosphere: Very Good|
Visibility/Location: Easy to find....Princeton is a small town and the fairgrounds is on a state road(route34)
Wait Entertainment: Several stalkers ...clown, chainsaw...not as good as it was last year...it was raining so maybe the good stuff didn't want to get wet.
Length of Event: 15-20 minutes
Actor Performance: Some were really good, others were not as enthused. A lot of the stuff they have is visual and didn't have actors present.
Patron Flow Inside Attraction: great for us but the crowd was not as large as it was when it was dry last year. You could spend more time.
Appropriate Ages: We say a girl that was to young come out terrified so I would say at least 10. You know your kids.
Props / Special FX: Great....They had twin laser tunnels..and twin vortex tunnels. You don't see that in eight dollar shows. The other stuff was not off the shelf stuff like I see all the time...the 3-d is beyond cool. This crashing plane...well I say no more.If you like props you'll like this.
Costumes / Make-up: Some bad others great...there was a chick with a pencil sticking out of here head that was unreal. The stalkers were weak in this. They need to match makeup to scene but there is something in a maze that nearly dropped me to my knees.
Summary: I sat and watched a short play play for free with this guy doing Jekyll and Hyde, I saw a pirate scene that they spent time on like the largest shows in Chicago. I Saw a plane scene that the woman in front of me said was like six flags. I didn't like the hayrack ride(raining and not worth the time). The clowns had professional makeup. I didn't pay the two dollars for Nightmare Hotel because it was for little kids. They have a dark hallway with a simulated lave flow that was really cool. You need to see the props....GREAT. For eight buck....this show is great and worth the trip.
