| Overall Score:|
|Scare Factor: Very High | Atmosphere: Very Good|
Visibility/Location: Flashing strobe along a busy road leading to Utica.
Wait Entertainment: No knock against them as Sunday was not a busy night and wait entertainment would be unnecessary
Length of Event: 10 minutes
Actor Performance: great as everyone knew what to do and did it! Intensity was NOT in short supply at all!
Patron Flow Inside Attraction: Patron flow is controlled as a guide is provided. Creepy little rascal!
Appropriate Ages: best be ready for some intensity so I would say 10 at least.
Props / Special FX: They don't depend on special effects as much as they do sets. The sets they have are appropriate for what they want to do. Having said that there is a simple special effect that I have never seen before but really loved.
Costumes / Make-up: Mostly commercial face products and theater blood, not elaborate but effective.
Summary: I gave this haunt a 7 but not because it wasn't entertaining. It is not able to compete with the bigger haunts that have dedicated space available to them. This is a fundraiser haunt that has a short run and limited setup tear down time. I was skeptical going in because I have seen these type of haunts before and been disappointed by quality. This is a scare haunt and it delivers. They have a jail scene that I have seen before at a top ten big name and they do it with the same effect. Everyone has an electric chair...this one stands with the best. They have a doctors scene that could be very disturbing to some. The have a version of claustrophobia that is not airbags but something else. I wish it could have been longer because I wanted to see more of what these guys can they do. They understand what works and what scare you....great job guys!!!!!
