Visibility/Location: With the help of GPS the location was easy to find. Once it was in site you cannot miss it. Warning they do charge for parking.

Wait Entertainment: They had a few actors roaming about the line which helped with the wait time.

Length of Event: 20-25 mins

Actor Performance: Some of the actors were over the top great, while others seemed either nervous or unsure of there timing. But overall it was a good atmosphere.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: The first haunt you don't really know if you run into another group, but by the second house we did reach other groups.

Appropriate Ages: They have adult acts here I'd say 14+

Props / Special FX: The room sets were amazing. Tons of detail and they'll blow you away!

Costumes / Make-up: Again like the actors, some makeup was really well done, others were a little basic. Definitely among the top work.

Summary: Well overall the haunt experience was great. I'm still a little indifferent to the bags over the head in the first haunt. It did set a tone for not knowing what was to come, but I did not like the yelling actors. The second house was so much fun! Here the actors really shined well. Everyone was having a good time and it genuinely seemed like they wanted to be there. Finally we did hit another group through the last haunt which made for the pop out scares to not be affective for me. This house seemed to need a little help with lines and owning a scare. Overall I'd say this haunt is best for an adult crowd due to some extreme scenes, but the scare factor here isn't as high as other haunts. It's more playful and entertainment.

Visibility/Location: Pretty easy to find via any GPS

Wait Entertainment: There was a couple actors wandering around, but they kinda just stood around like security guard and once in awhile moving

Length of Event: less than 30 minutes?

Actor Performance: Actors were more interested in crowd flow than acting. Being yelled to get moving or get out was extremely disappointing. I spent $65 for a VIP ticket, and last thing I want to hear is to get out. I want to actually enjoy the sets.

Patron Flow Inside Attraction: Absolutely terrible. It was one long continuous line. When you get to the other attraction, you waited in yet another line which made no sense. The entire event was one long line to one place to another while being constantly hurried through

Appropriate Ages: I would recommend older than 16 as F bombs will be dropped on occasion.

Props / Special FX: The sets would of been much better had their been a ceiling instead of pieces of wood tied together. Some of the sets looked great, but I was being rushed through so It was hard to appreciate any of the detail or notice it.

Costumes / Make-up: Costumes and make up was great.

Summary: If there is one thing I hate more than anything is being told to "get out". I just spent $65 on VIP tickets, the last thing I want to be is rushed through the haunt. The spacing between groups was non-existent. It was just one long continuous line. Actors seemed more concerned on crowd control than playing parts in a set. They would hurry you through and yell get out or get moving. (Hated this.).
Part of the haunted experience is to see actors commit to a role and the passion for what they do will get that scare. There were a few note worthy acts in 31. I can't recall specifics as everyone was constantly being mashed through the haunts as quickly as possible. I didn't have time to absorb the set details or pay much attention to the actors. It really killed the entire haunt experience.
However this haunt was not without redemption. Rob Zombie put on an amazing show. I loved every minute of it and was worth coming just for that alone. It was worth the 100+ I dropped in beers and a extra tshirt... By the way Zombie mgnt... when you give a tshirt away part of the VIP, Why white?? It just doesn't really fit that Rob Zombie theme at all. Should of been black.
