| Overall Score:|
|Scare Factor: Low | Atmosphere: Fair|
Visibility/Location: On a fairly well traveled Highway but it could use a sign upgrade and the vines cleaned off
Wait Entertainment: Two clowns, one really gave it a try the other was an apprentice type.
Length of Event: 15 minutes give or take
Actor Performance: They did what they were asked to do as they were outside of the flow of the patrons, more or less in cages so to speak.
Patron Flow Inside Attraction: fine....the maze at the end was difficult to maintain a steady spacing.
Appropriate Ages: Are you afraid of the dark....that's your age limit. Nothing terrifying beyond shadowed characters.
Props / Special FX: None really, they depended upon the Sparc scenes to sell the concepts.
Costumes / Make-up: below average I'd say. the bar in other haunts have been set to a standard in which they do not compete.
Summary: I don't wish to say bad things other than to point out that the price puts them on par with haunts that they cannot compare to. This is old school from 25 years ago when fundraisers used this kind of plywood maze haunts to great effect. In those days this would be a great haunt. They just don't measure up to the high tech haunts in Chicago that are not that much more money. Having said that they are effective if you are looking for a creepy dark chainsaw driven experience and not expecting the Massacre or Statesville. Take it for what it is and you can have a good time.
