Visibility/Location: The GPS took us straight there. There was a sign at the turn. People wearing safety vests and waving traffic wands directed us into the parking lot. I'm pretty sure we were in the secondary parking lot because we had to walk down the block to get to the haunted house. There was a search light and a large lit sign on the property so it was very easy to find.
Wait Entertainment: There was a snack stand, TVs, music and a gift shop in the waiting area for the haunted house. I didn't see anything while waiting for the haunted trail or the second building.
Admission Price: $25 for general admission

Scare Factor: Medium-High
Crowd Control: The crowd control was perfect! We never ran into any other groups and were able to go at our own pace.

This place is great! The wait area for the first building was very well decorated complete with a fake thunderstorm that would occasionally rattle the whole porch. There were TVs and music playing. There was a cabinet with rain ponchos in it that were free if it was raining since the wait is partially outdoors. You could buy snacks, drinks and souvenirs while waiting. We were able to go though the haunted house and the trail as a group of two and were able to take our time going through. The props in the haunted house were great. There were plenty of actors to keep it interesting.

The haunted trail was fun. There was a huge cemetery scene that was pretty awesome. There was also a UFO crash. We were told to be careful because the people inside were kids. They were so little and so excited to be there! They were hopping around and popping in and out of the fog. One of them told us the door to get out was the other way. It wasn't but she was thrilled that we went that way. I told her that she tricked me and she got a pretty good kick out of that and looked so proud. They were talking their jobs very seriously.

The second building was awesome. They made you go through it alone!! It was much shorter than the first house but it was of equal quality. I wish more places let you go alone!

Overall, this one was great! There were areas that were pretty muddy and the wait lines are outdoors so dress accordingly. The lines weren't terribly long but I could see them being crazy at times so the fast passes are worth considering. Check this one out!
